Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for a Class 2 Delivery driver to join one of our well established clients in the new year of 2026! In this role you will be delivering a range of quality meats to different clients across areas such as Kent and the South West. This is an ongoing opportunity and even a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate! Responsibilities * Up to 5-10 deliveries depending on distance. * Monday to Friday starting at 0500am. * Ensure compliance with driving regulations. * Make sure all paperwork is signed, accurate and distributed. * Conduct daily vehicle checks which fulfil health and safety criteria. * Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods. * Make sure loads are secure. Qualifications/Experience * You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and tach card for a class 2 * Be able to operate the vehicle responsibly and safely, ensuring loads are safe and secure. * No more than 6 points, with no major endorsements/convictions. No (CD/IN/DR/TT) * Would need to live within 10 miles of the workplace in Crawley * Minimum one year relevant driving experience * Good navigational skills * Right to work in the UK Benefits * It is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate * £18.00 per hour (Umbrella) * Weekly pay * professional work environment * On site parking Driver hire has other similar class 1 and class 2 roles available, either Ad Hoc or ongoing.
